Summary
BonaReis Premier operates a single-page website. We do not use cookies, we do not run analytics or advertising trackers, and the site loads no third-party resources. The only personal information we receive is what you choose to send us — through the quote form, by phone, by WhatsApp, or by email.
Information we collect
When you submit the “Request a Quote” form, we receive:
- Your full name
- Your contact details (the email address or phone number you provide)
- Date of service
- Pickup and drop-off locations
- Number of passengers
- Vehicle type and service type
- Any notes you add
If you call, message us on WhatsApp, or email us, we receive whatever information you include in that message.
Our hosting provider records standard server logs, which may include your IP address, browser type, and the time of your request. These logs are generated automatically for security and reliability, and we do not use them to build a profile of you.
Why we use it
Solely to respond to you: to prepare and send a quote, to confirm a reservation, and to coordinate the trip you asked about. We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not send marketing email unless you ask us to.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies. It does not use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, the Meta Pixel, or any other analytics or advertising tag. It stores nothing in your browser’s local or session storage. Fonts and images are served from this domain, so loading the site does not send a request to any third party.
If we add analytics or advertising measurement in the future, this section will be updated before that change goes live, and a cookie notice will be presented where required.
Who else can see your information
We do not sell or share your personal information. It reaches only:
- Our hosting provider (Vercel Inc.) — serves the site and keeps the server logs described above.
- Our email provider — used to deliver your quote request to us and to reply to you.
- WhatsApp (Meta Platforms, Inc.) — only if you choose to contact us through it. That conversation is also governed by Meta’s own privacy policy.
How long we keep it

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of on that front. We also do not collect the categories the CPRA defines as sensitive personal information.

Children
This site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Bookings are made by adults, who may of course be traveling with children.

The site is served over HTTPS. No payment information is collected on this website. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures appropriate to the small amount of information we handle.

If this policy changes, the “Last updated” date at the top will change with it. Material changes will be described in this section.
